PLEASE NOTE
- Mobile Bar Fee: $750 (within 20 miles of Vida Agave; additional mileage fees may apply).
- Bartender Fee: $100 per bartender
- Staffing Requirement: One bartender is require for every 50 guests.
- Service Includes: Beer and wine pouring.
- Mobile Bar Package Includes:

- Ice (for cocktails only)
- Bar napkins, plastic cups, straws
- Mixers for selected cocktails

- Delivery, setup, and breakdown
- Service Duration: 4 hours of bar service.
- Alcohol: Clients must purchase their own alcohol. We are happy to guide you through the process, advising on quantities and selections based on guest count, preferences, and budget. Alcohol may be purchased through your preferred retailer or our authorized partner.
- Convenience Option: Unopened bottles purchased through our authorized partner may be returned if in resalable condition.
- Cocktail Limit: A maximum of 4 cocktails/mocktails per bartender ensures timely and efficient service.
- Gratuity Options: Choose between a tip jar or 20% gratuity fee.
- Special Offer: Enjoy a 20% discount on the mobile bar fee when pairing the mobile bar with any of our food bars or stations.
